Personalization
We are sorry but at this time symbols an pictures can't be produced on our products using the online order system. We can only produces letters and numbers from the standard English keyboard.
Personalizations is free! All products on the website include a custom embroidered name/word/initial(s).
By choosing for the option tone in tone, embroidery thread will be matching the fabric. So if you are buying a white towel, embroidery will be white. If you are buying a grey napkin the embroidery will be grey, ... If you want tone-in-tone and you don't see the color as an option, just choose for the last color option 'OTHER' and let us know you would like tone-in-tone.
Since we focus on the best and fast embroidery service for our own products on the webshop, we cannot embroider products supplied by you!
Place an order
First check whether the confirmation e-mail hasn't landed in your spam folder. If you haven't received a confirmation e-mail within 1 hour after your payment, you should contact us at hello@camilleandbardot.com.
We will check as quickly als possible if the order has been registered correctly.
All orders are processed as soon as we can. So changes after an order has been placed are most of the time not possible, since we try to work as quickly as we can. However, if you do notice a mistake, please contact us at hello@camilleandbardot and we will do our very best to help you out.
All prices are tax inclusive, there won't be any extra charges at check out.
Shipping & Delivery
Given the great care that we take in personalizing your goods, we aren't able to ship the same day. Delivery times within Belgium are 5-8 business days, while for the rest of Europe this is 10-12 business days.
For very urgent orders please contact us by mail and we'll let you know what could be don to improve the delivery time.

Return & Exchange
Since all of our items are customizable, these are manufactured according to your specifications, which means that the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal does not apply. If you have doubts about size, color, font, thread, ... Please contact us at info@camilleandbardot.com
If you believe the product you received is defective or has been damaged in transport, please reach out to us at hello@camilleandbardot with a photo of the unused item and a brief description of the defect.
